im lookin for a software besides photoshop that i have a lot of options of backgrounds, clip art, etc. The background options has to have like a trading card theme on it. If anyone know what the name of the software they use at most malls (like the photo keychains and stuff like that) i would appreciate it. Any software ideas would be great also.

Photoshop should handle most of your needs. As for background, clip art, etc. go out and get yourself a clip art collection. They come in all sorts of themes.
