OK, here are the options:- LT vs Ind (#9 run def)- Edgerrin James vs Det (#30 run def)- Justin Fargas vs Chi (#29 run def)For LT, other than week 6, he's only been decent. Given that, he's STILL tied for #2 RB. Conventional strategy says that you play the better matchups, with the exceptions being the top players at each position. Numbers wise, he's there.. but is he REALLY deserving of that this year? His scores this year so far are: 19, 5, 15, 21, 13, 44, 9, 13.So, can I bench LT?yeah, I start 2 RBs here..

Ehh idk. You never know what LT will do. Even if he is playing a good run defensive team.

I'd play LT, as you never know when he'll break one. That is why people draft him...he can have a big game against anyone. If you have to choose 2 RBs, I'd play Fargas. Oak prefers to run the ball. I think Fargas will have a good game. Det was able to shut down Henry and Den blocking system last week. I think they might be a little better than their ranking.

I don't think you should ever bench LT, ever.Unless it's a bye week. He's a MUST start in my opinion.

i don't see myself ever being able to bench LT..unless its a bye week. To me even when he's facing a tough Defense (run) i'd still start him because he's involved in the passing game as well. its another way to get him into the game. So i would start him this week despite the tough matchup along with Edge.

i would never bench LT, because as soon as I did, he would have a 3 TD game, and throw for another. he is a proven number 1 back on almost any team, and i would feel better having him in and scoring 16-20 pts. instead of waiting to see if fargas could maybe do the same. 2 more good weeks from fargas, and i would be ok with starting him. i'm not to big on "flash in the pan" starts. give it a week or 2.

Don't you never think such bad thoughts ever again! Bench LT?! Are you kidding? There is a reson he has been drafted #1 overall the past 2 years. He is a Motherfunking Stud!!! As for your second RB i would go with Fargas as well. He should get some yards. Even if he doesn't get the touchdown. Detroit is rolling right now, and Edge might be a non factor by halftime.

Bench Fargas instead of LT. Even if he doesn't get the yards, he's almost always good for a TD either rushing, receiving or both. Regardless of what Peterson does this year, LT is still the #1 fantasy option at RB because of his ability to catch out of the backfield. The Colts still yield just over 100 yds rushing and a TD rushing on average.

No. Start LT and Edge. Fargas is a flavor of the week until proven.
