Iv seen others that ask this question, but i have a national dex, i have completed pokemon league, i have been to pal park and talked to the guy, he says"Oh, hold on you dont have enough pokemon for the catching show. you'll need to stock us up with six pokemon to participate. You should make some pokemon migrate from kanto or hoenn!." , but I cant because the stupid mystery gift option is in the place of the migrate pokemon option...

It's not in place. Use the Directional pad to scroll down. You'll see a blue arrow at the bottom of the (upper) screen to show that you can do this.

you need to pick six pokemon from the other game that you want to migrate over while it's in the DS... only take it out after you've saved after catching them allmystery gift has nothing to do with migrating
