Identification of the right stocks based on their past performance, growth and consistency which are undervalued. To exploit your strategy you have to do the research - and keep doing it - including surveying all financial data, online investment resources and company reports. Deciding over when to buy the identified stocks, how much to buy and at what price. Deciding over how long, can one hold the purchased stocks? Making the decision on when to sell the stocks in hand. We should know our limits when we deal with stocks. It can cash strangulate you. Identification of your risk limit is very important aspect in stock market. Taking high risks may lead to higher gains. But extreme risk is certainly dangerous.

(THIS WILL HELP) buying companies is just like anything else in our great capitalistic and free enterprise system, and the (Secret) you don't make money selling it you make money BUYING IT. In other words, if you buy something at the right price and you know it's a good price YOU CAN'T LOSE. In other words people who own pawn shops buy things from you for half their value THEY KNOW THEY HAVE WON IN THE LONG RUN cause they bought it FOR A GOOD REASONABLE PRICE. Wal-mart they buy some T-Shirts for probably a DOLLAR a piece in CHINA, th can sell them liquidly why? Cause they made their money buying it not selling. STOCKS yes it's the same thing, you want to buy REASONABLE COMPANIES for (reasonable prices). One of the ways of doing this is looking at companies for WHICH NO business reason have fallen in price becasue investors are scared, the price for that stock may be too cheap, if your sure the company is well run hold it and it will EVENTUALLY GO UP IT HAS TOO becasue investors can't de-value stocks forever is the hard facts about how much the company is making is there. THE TWO BEST RATIOS TO USE? ROE AND ROC this shows you a companies real value becasue of how well the management handles money a company can't grow EPS faster than the ROE percent without selling more shares which is bad NEWS. If the RETURN on invested capitol is the same as ROE than the company has been funded with NO DEBT. if the ROC is lower than the ROE (frequently the case even with wal-mart) that company has had to use come debt. You will need to use a stock screener like the one I like below. I hope this helps screen using this.debt to equity ration::::Less than equal too 1Current ratio:::::Greater than equal too 1ROE::::;Greater than equal to 25ROIC:::::::Greater than equal to 25Reported EPS::::::::::::Greater than 0-this rules out BAD STOCKSThis will limit down the amount of stocks the last thing to consider is this IS THE COMPANY EASY TO UNDERSTAND IN WHAT THEY PROVIDE.Best of luck

You have told everything in the question itself??i really didn't understand what u meant to extract from people....what did u wanna know????boss..if people know exactly about what ever u have asked...every body here will be trillionares...( i donnow above that)usually people buy the stock when there is a correction in the market and the price falls...if they feel its the correct price according to the valuation of the stock.holding period depends on ones strategy and expectations of his returns..if people feel bullish they might keep it for long term..else they will sell it at earlier levels to book the profit...making the decision is left to the investor and investor alone.establishing the limits is also in the investors had...i can only suggest u not to be greedy...set your target in a reasonable way..say 15% once u reach it start booking profits...Hope this info is useful...Happy investing...........!!!!!!!!!!!
