Broncos have a 3 RB attack that is rather effective. Should they give a RB up and trade out for a solid defensive lineman or just draft to bolster the line and let Young and Hall play to become future potential bargin chips? Henry is on the chopping block too.

hmm, i dont know why their line is questioned so much, i have a feeling they just need to wait it out. their line, other than simeon rice is pretty young (three rookies right now) so with the veteran leader and young talent (moss and chrowder are near jullius peppers/dwight freeney speed) i have a feeling they be fine. but a solid force right up the gut wouldnt hurt. they should move their middle line backer outside and maybe pick up a House of a linebacker in the offseason

Man after watching the highlights of that game last night, I honestly don't know what the Broncos should do about that line. We have 3 great RB's but I would hate to let one of them go like we have since the days of TD. Travis Henry is good when he's healthy, and Selvin Young and Andre Hall are stars just waiting to bust out. If I had to get rid of one of our RB's it would be Henry just because he's injured so much. I honestly believe we made a mistake putting D.J. Williams in a MLB. The MLB position is not a position that you just learn in a short period of time. Al Wilson was a MLB in college who already knew the position and was a complete beast and a fiery leader. D.J. Williams on the other hand is a natural outside linebacker who just doesn't have the fire and the emotion or the leadership skills needed to fill the MLB position. I understand why the Broncos cut my boy Al, but what I don't understand is why didn't we draft a MLB to take his place and just leave D.J. where he was?The 2008 Broncos draft will be yet another draft focused on the defense. We got some good young guys to shore up the line in this years draft. I think once Moss, Crowder and Stroud have some more experience, our D-line will be tougher but we have got to get some guys on that line that are hungry for QB blood. If you ask me, we need to draft a MLB and some D-lineman who actually know how to get to the QB. We also need to let Jim Bates go. He's a nice guy but his defensive scheme just doesn't work in today's NFL. Offenses are spread out more than what they used to be, and guys are bigger, faster and stronger than they used to be also. We also need a better offensive line. Jay Cutler is going to have a short career if Shanahan doesn't get some guys to block for him. Cutler has been sacked at least once in almost every game this year. Man it is tough being a Broncos fan right now, but I won't turn my back on my boys.GO BRONCOS!!
