i ordered a guitar like 3 days ago... 300 dollars, i got on there chat support and told them to cancel it because it was going to take them to long for them to get in stock...and i didnt want to wait till the 29th. i gave the order number and they said give it 24 hours to show up it is canceled... on the website it still shows up on my receipt for item purchased. well i was messing around on my cart today and wanted to see how much it was going to be with shipping, and i accidently bought it...and i still dont know if the previous order was canceled, and its my moms credit card...and she said not to do it...and i accidently did and am now waiting on the chat support but have been number 2 waiting for like 30 minutes...and its one hour till christmas, and there probably closed... and i need to talk to them but cant...so i am asking here...AGHH...what do i do... its like 700 dollars total if they didnt cancel the other one, and it gives option to cancel it, but yeah...oh yeah, u have to call them on the phone to cancel it but i dont want to right now cause its 11:20 PM christmas eve.um i just called and they said they were going to reopen after the holidays .. (the 26th) soo.... i should be safe till then, since post office is closed tomorrow... but idk...

You'll just have to keep trying to get through to cancel. In the meantime, you also need to explain to your mom how you "accidentally" bought two guitars. It doesn't matter when the post office is open. Her credit card will be charged TODAY.

1) With most sites (amazon, chapters.ca, hmv) you can log into your account and click "cancel purchase" or "cancel order". I'm not sure what site you have made your order from, but you should check if that option is available. 2) Try to e-mail the help section explaining your problem so that you will receive a text reply. 3) Also stay on hold on your chat support and explain your problem, but I would also do the e-mail as well to have documentation in case they charge you and send the product anyways. Your mother's credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and the item is sent.
