I'm looking for an online tool/portal that would calculate the present day value of a portfolio based on a list of stocks in which I enter the historical trade date and the holdings and value are updated based on the splits, spin-offs and cash distributions. As an example, if I purchased 100 shares of AT&T on a particular day in 1996, what would be my current holdings and present day value taking into account the splits, spin-offs and cash distributions. Note some stocks/companies may no longer exist, so the tool should be able to account for that.

There is a program you can buy called ExtremeCharts that can do that.
