I run two websites that are both profitable. One offers picks on trading stock options, the other offers picks on sports betting. My options picks have returned over 180% over the past two months, and my sports picks are +10 units in the same amount of time. I would think I'd have to beat people away with a stick for these picks, but I'm having trouble coming up with subscribers. Any suggestions?

Could you offer something for free? A free report on some related topic if they subscribe.

You might want to give them a free trial membership for maybe 1 week, 2 weeks or a month. It is not easy to convince people about stock picking and sports betting holy grail. If people can see that they can benefit from your website by being a member they will definitely become a paid member.

You might have good content, but not good advertising. I would avoid the pay-per-click advertising scheme sites like google and yahoo offer, but look into ways you can increase your "Google Page Rank." Join link exchange programs--the more links you have to your site, the higher the page rank and eventually, the higher the traffic you will receive.
