I've met a new person quite long ago, and we became realy goog friends and last time she came over and we watched a movie, we talked, nothing special, it was what friends usualy do...but then she had to go home..... (and she calls me babe like a nickname or sumtin).....but when she was leaving she said it like this " babe, babe, my babe" in a sighing voice.......an then we went dowstairs so she could go home....what does that mean, I mean that how she called me... especialy the way she said it ????and I'm not gay and she has a boyfriend...but still I wonder.....it was babe, babe ,my babe...and she was sighing....but not jokingly..just her voice was quieter than usual....and when she said my babe I could barely hear her....

She could be just a very affectionate person. You will know in your gut what she means by it. I'm sure she knows your preference for boys/girls, so i wouldn't worry too much.

It happens all the time and it doesn't mean anything. She most likely does NOT have a crush on you. She just likes you as a friend and was a little sad to go because she had a good time.
