How does forex Money Maker profit, apart from the spread?Say I use FXDD, and now I buy 1000 lots EUR/USD. What will FXDD do? If they can find a someone who sells 1000 lots EUR/USD, then they profit from the spread. What if someone just sells 800 lots, will FXDD hold the rest 200 lots buy or what do they do?How EXACTLY does Market Maker trade against the customer? if they quote the price from the bank they use, how does the bank profit? does the bank trade against FXDD?I've been searching the answer for a while, hope someone in here could help answer them.
