Models ideally should be between 5'9 - 5'11 size 2 or lower.

if your only 13 that is fine. Teen models are usually not giants!! haha But once you are 18+ you better pray you get near 6' =)

doesn't matter. there are some teen models out there that are 13, 14 years of age going down the runway. but be warned, if you're actually going to be a teen model your hours will be very short because of laws and there will be limitations on what you can and can't do.
