We take our daughter to see Santa, give her a special book every year, and leave cookies for Santa. I think we'll start having pancakes and hot chocolate too in the morning. My daughter is only 18 months! Oh we also like to do a lot of stocking stuffers too.

I am not a parent or anything, but my sister and I started putting things in my parents' stockings (about 3 years ago) so they had stuff in there too. My brother doesn't help us with it yet because he still believes in Santa. Merry Christmas to your family in advance!

We put candy canes on all the gifts that are form Santa, since our two year old is to small to read. This way she knows what gifts are from Santa. If you have more than one child each child gets a certain color of candy cane on there gifts.

As a family we always have a Christmas Eve open house and invite anyone that has nowhere to go, then we as a family go to our Church Christmas Eve Service, come home and open gifts. It is a wonderful night.

Every xmas eve sense I was a child the one present we got to open is the neatest or wackiest pair of jammies my mum could find! At sixteen I got a pair of footed tweety bird jammies, it was too cool. I do it with my kids too.

My little guys just starting to be old enough to think they will get every thing they see. This year I started a new tradition for our family. The children will each pick out a gift of a child their own age to be send to a orphan society.
