In the past six months, I have observed that the Philippine Stock Index went up then down then up then down several times.In the news today, there was a mention of "window dressing" thus the value of shares will go up until the last trading day of December 2007.If you invested in Philippines stocks, would you sell your holdings on the first working day of 2008 ( January 2, 2008 ) ?
