If you want to set up a business, as a LLP or incorporate, check with the State you live in, not the city for their forms and filing fees.I highly encourage you to set up one of the above entities for your business through a lawyer. It shouldn't cost you more than $300 plus the filing fees.Then when you begin doing business under this entity name there may be other taxes on your business.
